The Woodgies

The Woodgies are Irish sisters Hannah and Meghan Woodger, whose acoustic music blends indie-pop and folk with the innate warmth and intimacy only sibling bands can hope to achieve.

Based in Switzerland, they first rose to prominence when their debut album Holding Hands won the Montreux Jazz Festival’s Coup de Cœur award. Since then, they’ve reached millions online with their heartfelt songs performed a cappella with natural reverb - their cover of “Dreams” by The Cranberries has over 13 million views

They’ve toured across Europe (and beyond), sharing stages with artists like Ye Vagabonds, DUG and Kids of Adelaide.

With a new EP on the horizon, produced in Dublin by John “Spud” Murphy (Lankum, Ye Vagabonds), the duo continue to captivate audiences with a sound shaped as much by Irish tradition as by their Swiss upbringing, carving out a space that feels both timeless and distinctly their own.

Released Music

Their first award-winning album “Holding Hands”, their viral hit single “Dreams” and their latest single, a cover of “The Boxer” performed on the high-profile German show “Schlager-Spaß mit Andy Borg” (January 17, 2026).

New Music

The sisters are prepared to unveil their new EP, an intimate and timeless sound, delicately woven with their Irish roots. To be released early 2026.
